Cancellation, postponement & refund policy

This policy applies to all activities with Koh Tao Scuba Club.
1. Medical cancellations
Cancellations for medical reasons may be refunded if you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled activity and send a valid medical certificate or doctor's note. Refunds are processed once the document has been received and checked.
2. Postponements
Ask to postpone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges. Requests made less than 24 hours before may be charged in full.
3. No-show or late cancellation
Not attending a scheduled session without proper notice is charged in full.
4. Dive sessions
Once you have attended a class or dive session, it counts as used and is charged in full, however many dives were completed that day.
5. Instructor discretion
For safety, the instructor may stop a course at any stage based on their professional judgement. For multi-day courses stopped part-way, the refund is calculated on the days completed. Our team confirms the amount with you.
